"What I like most about Lantern, and what stands out to me is the supportive and close-knit atmosphere here. It’s not just about work—it’s about people. Everyone knows everyone, and there’s a great balance between collaboration and social engagement. I love the charity work we do, like Movember and the football match—it’s a refreshing part of the culture."
"The people and the benefits are what I love most. From the many retail discounts and Simply Health to the social events, there’s always something to look forward to. But what really stands out is the team—I work with some amazing people who are just as happy to chat about life outside of work as they are about the job itself."
"I love the variety of my role. I get to work across three different workstreams—due diligence, compliance reviews, and data protection—and every day is something different. It never feels boring. I’ve been with Lantern for nearly 8 years, and every day offers something new to tackle."
"What I like most about Lantern are the people. I’ve been here for 8 years, starting in Customer Service before moving into QA and then Compliance. Lantern has always been a place where I can grow. The company has changed a lot over the years, but it’s always been a positive place to work. Lantern takes care of its employees and gives us opportunities to progress."
“What I loke most about Lantern is the people, hands down. I’m passionate about HR, and that’s what drives me. I’ve known since college that I wanted to work in this field. My role here is varied and different every day, which keeps it interesting. The support I provide to the business and the people we work with is incredibly rewarding."
"Lantern is different from traditional debt collection companies and I genuinely enjoy what I do. Not everyone can say that! I love working with vulnerable customers, coaching them over the phone, and helping them work through their issues. The opportunity to develop my team and see them grow is also a big motivator."
"I’m excited about what’s to come! Lantern is a quickly growing business with big ambitions for the future. I’m personally driven by the scale-up projects we’re working on—seeing how the business evolves and grows keeps me motivated and focused on my own career ambitions."
"In my time at Lantern, I can truly say that Lantern's exceptional teamwork and collaborative spirit set it apart from other employers. I am grateful to be a part of Lantern. It is a workplace that only values its employees but also actively invests in their success and satisfaction."
"Lantern is a fantastic place to work with great people. There is a real team ethic at Lantern. I was apprehensive at first about joining a debt collection company however there is an active interest in doing the best for customers at Lantern."
